28 Oct When I do my 3-D Workout
1) Before I run, I do all the body integration floor work + 3-D Back Stretch. This centers and balances me on both feet. And it mobilizes my pelvis. It wakes up my nervous system and prepares me for running with my whole body.
2) After a period of sustained inactivity whether it’s a long stint at the computer, plane or car ride. 3-D Back Stretch and the body integration work reconnects me and reduces the residual tightness created by moving too little.
