Taught by Dianne Woodruff.

3-D Workout™: What’s it all about?

This 1-day course for movers, athletes, personal trainers, fitness leaders, coaches, yoga and physical educators will introduce participants to a new approach to integrated training. 3-D Workout offers the coordination tune-up every client needs, functional free weight exercises in three dimensions and biomechanically correct stretches including Dr. Woodruff’s unique 3-D Back Stretch. Your course fee includes a DVD. US$ 260.00

Upper-Crossed Syndrome

This 1-day course for chiropractors, physiotherapists, personal trainers and other health-care practitioners teaches you how to recognize, assess and treat upper-crossed syndrome in a client. The late Dr. Vladimir Janda identified this method of postural dysfunction and muscle imbalance affecting the head, neck and thorax. An understanding of this syndrome and how to work with it are excellent tools for solving postural issues in your clients. Participants must have a working knowledge of human anatomy. US$ 240.00

Glute Strength for True Balance
We have only two legs and we must stand on one of them to take a step. The health care community recognizes the need for good balance and prevention of falls. Balance boards are fine but the anatomical and functional issues behind bipedal stability deserve more attention. This 1-day seminar for chiropractors, physiotherapists, personal trainers and other health-care practitioners addresses hip abduction, an essential movement pattern for bipedal stability and a healthy back in a pedestrian culture. This pattern was identified and researched by Dr. Vladimir Janda as early as 1964. Over the last 20 years Dr. Woodruff has developed an approach to assessment, correction and preventive exercise that you will learn in this seminar. Participants must have a working knowledge of human anatomy. US$ 240.00

Take all three workshops: US$ 630.00
