Optimal Posture Clinic

Posture is a somatic event: it is a reflection of how you look and how you feel. In the clinic, we mobilize and activate your body so that it effortlessly responds to the challenge of standing upright. In a somatic approach we don’t work with willing the individual body parts to conform but we stimulate the body’s own “desire” to correct itself using movement, breathing and imagery.
