Postural Muscle Assessment and Stretching course

This two-day course for movement professionals teaches the assessment, manual testing, assisted and self-stretching of 18 postural muscles. These skills are crucial to a good assessment and program design for your clients’ flexibility and range of motion. By understanding the postural-phasic behaviour of muscles you will be able to program for effective stretching and strengthening. An illustrated course manual is included in your tuition.
