Optimal Stretching Techniques
A training course for professionals and aspiring teachers of yoga, pilates, fitness. This course, formerly called (Postural Muscle Assessment and Stretching Techniques) trains you to manually assess and stretch specific muscles that are found to be tight in the general population. With this knowledge your work becomes focused and organized to move your clients toward optimal function in every way. To take this course you will need a working knowledge of human anatomy.
