Instructor Training In 3-D Workout

Body-in-Motion and the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies are offering instructor training in 3-D Workout, Level I. Geared for CMAs and other experienced movers, this intensive certification course, offers cutting edge material in a teachable and learnable format. Be the first on the block to offer a program of exercise to restore fascial fitness and develop functional strength and flexibility. Inspired by the work of Bartenieff and Laban, 3-D Workout is a well-developed application of BF/LMA for the fitness community that is appropriate for clients and students of any age. Dates of training: 25-30 June 2012, New York City
Tuition: $890; LIMS members $840.00; early registration discount before May 30, $50.00.
Class Size: limited to 12 students
Program: 6 full days of study (approx. 42 hours) includes a teaching practicum; illustrated manual and DVD; a written, take-home exam using multiple choice and short answers completes the training.
