3-D Workout Classes

3-D Workout™ Classes, Oakville, Ontario

3-D Workout is a unique program of body education through exercise. Get your body connected and working as a whole plus develop your strength, flexibility and muscle definition. The 3-D Workout program is cumulative so if you are learning it for the first time, you get the best results by taking the 12-class series.

Winter 2012 schedule

Level I: Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m., 12-class series starts 18 January. $200 inclusive, cash or cheque.
Level II: Wednesdays, 12:00 noon, 12-class series starts 18 January. $200 inclusive, cash or cheque.
Location: T Zone Studio, 104 Reynolds St., Oakville, ON.
