3-D WORKOUT™, Vol. II: Building on the Basics contains 27 expertly taught exercises with new challenges and combinations in a real-time format. Builds on the basics from Vol. I and adds new exercises for the more advanced mover. These exercises will change the way you think about and understand your body.

Body-in-Motion introduces a unique aid for stretching the flexor muscles of the hip joint. The Body-in-Motion Stretching Frame was developed for clients who have difficulty with kneeling positions due to stability problems, injury, degenerative changes or biomechanical imbalance. This device provides a secure and effective stretching position for the long and short quadriceps muscles, the iliopsoas group and the tensor fascia lata muscle.
