Center Stage School of the Arts offers 3-D Workout

“Dance Driven” is a summer 2009 intensive for advanced dancers and teachers in Georgetown, ON, August 17-28. Included in an array of dance genres is 3-D Workout taught by Dianne Woodruff. Dancers use 3-D to enhance their balance, coordination and spatial awareness. Their turns, quickness and jumping improves because the body gets connected head to toe, front to back and side to side.
